We have a proven track record identifying and implementing sourcing, distribution and transportation strategies. We differentiate ourselves by bringing significant industry experience to our customers, which allows us to understand what our customers are going through. We’ve been in their shoes and have faced many of the same obstacles. We take our experience from working in industry over the past 25+ years and use a proven hands-on approach to drive results and solve problems.

Jason Tucker, Managing Partner
Experienced logistics executive with a successful track record of identifying and implementing sustainable global strategies and cost reduction programs. Recognized as a leader at building internal capabilities and strong business driven logistics teams. Focused on transparency, data rigor, and high performance results. Passionate about solving complex challenges, business transformation, surpassing company goals, and exceeding customer expectations.
Jason is a founding partner at nSource Advisors and leads the logistics practice. He has 25+ years of transportation and logistics experience, with a unique background and mix of skills from 11 years on the carrier/service side (trucking, air freight, and 3PL) and 15+ years of leading global corporate logistics teams for mid-size manufacturing companies.
Jason earned his BS from Ohio State University.

David Camp, Managing Partner
David is one of the two founding partners at nSource Advisors and has worked in the sourcing industry for over 25 years.
Prior to co-founding nSource Advisors, David was the founder and managing director of Northern Star Consulting, a consultancy focused on sourcing optimization and process improvement. David has also held the positions of Vice President Global Sourcing at Masonite International Corp. and Vice President of Purchasing for Rubbermaid Foodservice Products. Prior to joining Rubbermaid, David held several senior management positions at Eaton Corporation within operations and supply chain management. David also worked for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI for eleven years in various purchasing positions.
David earned his BA and MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jonathan Hanson, Senior Consultant
Jonathan is a supply management executive with over 25 years’ experience in strategic sourcing and functional transformation. Jonathan’s “hand’s on” career path led to senior and executive-level management positions at five Fortune 1000 companies where he built and led global strategic sourcing organizations.
He has significant experience in medical devices, analytical instruments, building products and rigid bulk containers manufacturing; retail operations and wholesale products distribution. This includes extensive category management experience involving “off-the-shelf” and custom electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies and resale products; as well as indirect materials, services and new product programs.
Jonathan earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin.

Will Topham, Senior Consultant
Will is a career transportation leader with over 20 years’ experience focused on domestic transportation in the Less-than-Truckload, Truckload, Dedicated, and Private Fleet modes. His skillset includes transportation procurement, cost reduction, network optimization, fleet design, operations, and outsourcing. Will focuses on providing data driven results and solutions to customers’ complex problems.
Will spent the first 7 years of his career with JB Hunt Transport, rising to the General Manager position of a large national dedicated fleet. He then transitioned to the shipper side becoming the Director of Transportation for Masonite (a building products manufacturer) with responsibility over +$100M in domestic transportation spend and a 10-person logistics team.
