Opportunity Assessment

Our team of subject matter experts work with customer stakeholders to analyze and categorize your spend data and review existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.  Working with the internal stakeholders we quantify and prioritize the top opportunities to improve supply chain performance.  These opportunities become the backbone for our recommendations and the development of the business case at the end of the opportunity assessment.

Strategy Implementation

Once the business case has been approved, we work with customers to build the implementation teams and plans for each approved project.  Cross functional teams are trained and launched to implement each project with regular updates to key stakeholders and functional leaders to make sure the projects stay on track and on budget.  As part of our process, we work closely with the finance team to ensure improvements are realized and fall to the bottom line.

Interim Leadership

We are a strategic partner uniquely equipped to provide experienced supply chain leaders to support your organization on an interim basis.  Our team is made up of former industry operators with deep process and category knowledge in sourcing, distribution, and transportation.  We can fill management and executive leadership roles to support key initiatives and keep the organization on track to meet your goals while you search for your new leaders.
